    Yang" is a relative pronoun in Bahasa Indonesia that connects two sentences or objects. There are 5 types of relative pronouns: (1) Who is used to replace the subject of a person in the second sentence, (2) Whom is used to replace the object of a person, (3) Which is used to replace the subject or object of a thing, (4) Whose is used to replace possession, and (5) That can replace who, which, or whom and designate a person or thing as a subject or object. "Yang" is commonly used as the equivalent of who, which, that in Indonesian relative clauses.
