Human behaviour and law

Laws develop a sense of social responsibility and fear of punishment which


insists and sometimes forces people to follow the rules. For instance, traffic
rules control massive traffic by making people behave nicely and peacefully
through creating awareness about the laws and penalties for disobeying.

Behaviour and habits are not influenced by any kind of laws because there are
some characteristics which are unchangeable and create hindrance towards
obeying some rigorous rules. For instance, an aggressive person may get annoyed
with a particular rule and can continue disobeying, regardless of the
consequences he may have to face for it.

2. Places responsible for development of person at young age

Teen age is an age of learning and adopting things and a developed area
providing all of the required educational and health facilities and opportunities
is supposed to be contributing much to their personality development, making
them civilized. For instance, according to a startling new research, people with
educated background are observed to be more disciplined and successful in
their practical field.

However, many people hold an opposing view and blame places to be responsible
for spoiling young generation due to unnecessary freedom. Youngsters adopt
both positive and negative things at this age and if they are made available with

People in a society spend most of their time in watching adult websites and

spend most of the time using computers. Hence, it can be agreed that computer
technology has major negative impact on the society.

It keeps the society well informed about the happenings of the world and keeps
them up-to-date. For example, all of the people are aware of earthquake in
Nepal causing thousands of deaths. It’s a medium that keeps people aware about
social, economic and political changes. So, the importance of technology cannot
be denied as it has numerous positive impacts on our society.

4. Mass media/ Which is most important modern innovation (TV)

It keeps young people well informed. For instance, international studies have
repeatedly shown that more access to TV, newspapers and radio has helped to
enhance their practical knowledge. It keeps young people up to date about
economic and social situation of world. Thus, the role of mass media cannot be
denied in building the mindset of youngsters to make progress.

Mass media affects their personality negatively by making them addicted to


indoor leisure time activities and taking major part of their time, and hence
leaves no time to spend with family and friends. For example, research in this
area reveals young generation to be highly indulged in television and other mass
media sources as compared to past. In other words, mass media makes the
youngsters antisocial.

5. Space Exploration

Space exploration is not as important as many other activities and fields are.
They need to be funded and managed at first priority. Such causes may include
health, charity and education programs. For instance, international studies have
repeatedly shown that charity programs need much more financing as compared
to past , because of current natural disasters in different parts of the world.

Space exploration is expected to provide the ultimate solution to all of the


problems prevailing in the world today, by discovering new technology and even
finding a new planet to live, therefore it shouldn’t be ignored. For instance,

bring major changes to our life if it continues to proceed at current pace.

6. Environmental Pollution

In many areas, there are no laws relating to the environment which leaves this
responsibility up to the individuals. For instance, people can save the
environment by reducing food miles and their carbon footprint.

Although primary responsibility lies with the individuals to protect the


environment but government have the required resources, authority and power
which can be used to handle it better than individuals. For instance, government
should not be afraid of introducing green taxes which can limit carbon emission
from industries and can force organizations to use renewable energy.

7. Parents responsible for children’s behaviour

Parents play major role in shaping the children’s behaviour by guiding them and
polishing their personality and it is regarded as their main responsibility. For
instance, a simple advice of saying thanks, avoiding fight, respecting elders and
confessing their mistake can bring great positive changes in their personality
and hence can lead to a good behaviour and attitude towards everyone.

Behaviour is the result of innate characteristics of children, for which no one


can be blamed including parents. For example, rigidity is an inbuilt characteristic
which is hardly possible to change.

8. Getting married before finishing study

It puts extra financial burden on the person who is responsible to run the family
and makes it hard to manage both study and family at a time. For instance, fees
and domestic expenses collectively can put the burden of debt on him.

Struggling with partner rather than managing alone can help in achieving the
goals more quickly and easily. For instance, a working wife can be a support
instead of burden for a person.

9. Working long hours

Preference to free time can give short term relaxation and comfort but there
will be a long way to go to achieve desired future. For instance, choosing a
comfortable job with less salary will take decades to reach a good designation.

Facing tough time for a specific period can make rest of the life luxurious and
comfortable. There is ample of free time ahead. For instance, a person working
overtime can clearly see his near future very bright ahead.

10. Importance of Travel over rated

It is better to move from a less developed area to a place full of opportunities


in order to get education in the desired field. For instance, according to a
startling new research, a student from a backward region can prove to be a
brilliant student if provided latest educational facilities and guidance.

Travel is over rated as brilliant scholars used to lock themselves at home;


moreover, traveling in spite of having sufficient educational facilities is merely

11. Selling products-----company’s reputation or free offers

It takes years to build a company’s image and reputation which enhances sale of
the products by targeting the customers, especially brand conscious people who
are not influenced by any kind of offers. For instance, according to a startling
new research, building goodwill of a company is a hard job but once built, can
benefit the company throughout its life.

Free offers can dramatically increase company’s sales through attracting price

It judges their learning and writing abilities of the students along with true
representation of their time and stress management skills by performing in a

examination is proved to be the most common way of assessing students
worldwide.

It doesn’t reflect their true abilities because their hard work of the whole year
is dependent on a single day’s performance which may be affected by any
domestic problem, illness or stress. For instance, a talented student may not be

phobia.

13. Employee involvement in decision making policies

It improves their performance by motivating them through creating a sense of


being worthy and important to the company which ultimately leads to company’s

successful organizations.

Involving them in decision making policies can threaten the secrecy. For
instance, employees are likely to misuse the available information in different

Computer has played a significant role in development of medicine field including


antibiotics. For instance, computer models help in prescribing best antibiotics
depending upon patient’s condition.

The role of computer cannot be denied in designing and operation of aeroplane.


For example, computer airborne systems in air craft performs the function of
flight control and collision avoidance besides other functions.

14. Learning more than one language

The importance of learning more than one language for non-English people can
never be denied in a sense that, ability to speak international language in
addition to their national language is mandatory in order to succeed both in
student and practical life. For instance, according to a startling new research,
the trend of raising multilingual children is rapidly growing.

For native English speakers, the trend of multilingualism will decrease in future
due to the fact that international language is enough to communicate worldwide,
so people are not likely to waste their time and money in learning other

15. Lack of personal time because of job

People have to work harder as compared to past, to get along the fast paced
life, which leaves less or no time for them to relax and enjoy. For instance,
research studies have revealed a decreasing trend in leisure hours enjoyed by
people.

Lack of personal time can have numerous negative effects including frustration
and stress which can ultimately influence their workplace performance and in
extreme cases can lead to physical or mental illness; moreover getting no time
to spend with family and friends make people antisocial. For instance, according

16. Globalization can affect English

English has taken ages to become international language which cannot be


influenced by globalization or anything else or replaced with any other language
easily. Rather English has made a great contribution towards globalization. For
instance, English has facilitated political understanding, economic activities and
cultural exchange and therefore can be said to be language of globalization.

Another main justification for upholding this notion is that its roots are spread
all over the world which is another proof of its strength making it impossible to
be affected by globalization. A recent study reveals that English is taught to
children of almost every country at initial stage worldwide.

17. Studying any area of climate change

Global warming is probably the most serious challenge the world is facing at this
time so it is necessary to understand it in order to see what can be done to deal
with it. It has been causing climate change since the 1800s. For instance, the
CO2 level is increasing each year because of human activity, ice caps are
melting, ocean levels are rising, droughts are happening in some parts and more
deserts are forming.

Approaches to cope with the alarms are many and the most effective one is to
minimize greenhouse gas emissions, which is in fact not impractical or
unattainable but comprehensible and feasible.

18. Accomplished person-Bad neighbourhood

Places and neighbourhood are supposed to be having great influence on


personality development and future of a person but this approach fails to be
generalized in few cases where people achieved success and fame in spite of
having bad neighbourhood, lack of facilities or having financial problems.
Countless such examples are available including the one mentioned hereunder.

Imran khan-a Pakistani politician, belongs to a third world country but managed
to be the most successful Pakistani cricket captain. Some of his major
achievements include, being inducted into the ICC cricket Hall of fame,
becoming chairman of ‘’movement of justice’’ and being elected as a member of
Pakistani National assembly.
