Prospective purchasers of Housing Projects developed by Approved Builders till 31/03/2020. The
special Payment plan has been formulated based on genuine difficulty for middle income group
customers to service both Pre EMI and rental expense till the completion of the project.

The Details of the Payment Plan are as below,

Payment Plan 1: No EMI Servicing / EMI Holiday for 36 Months (For Project Cost above Rs 75L ) :
Federal Bank will offer housing loans with repayment holiday for both interest and principal
amount up to 36 months or Possession whichever is earlier as per below payment plan ,

Above Rs 30 L and Up to Rs 75L 10% 80% 10%

Above Rs 75 L to any amount 10% 75% 15%

Payment Plan 2: Pre EMI or EMI Servicing:

Federal Bank will offer housing loans with Pre EMI-Servicing or EMI Servicing up to 36
months subject to following condition.

Option 1

Loan Amount Customer Bank Customer Bank

Loans Up to Rs 75L 5% 75% 15% 5%

Above Rs 75L 5% 70% 20% 5%

Option 2

Loan Amount Customer Bank Customer

Above Rs 50L to Rs 75L 10% 80% 10%
Above Rs 75 L to any amount 10% 75% 15%

Payment Plan 3: No EMI Servicing for 36 Months :

Federal Bank will offer housing loans with repayment holiday/ No EMI (for both interest and principal
amount) up to 36 months subject to following condition

Above Rs 75 L to any amount 20% 70% 10%

Other Conditions,

 Disbursement will be made as per the construction progress

 The Customer has to submit a separate Application of Federal Bank and disclose all facts for
being eligible to be considered for the Loan. Individual Loans will be considered as per the
terms and conditions of Federal Home loan Scheme.
 This Offer is valid till 31/03/2020. Offer may be withdrawn or extended at any time at the sole
discretion of Federal Bank.
 For all EMI Holiday Scheme/No EMI Scheme Loan Insurance is mandatory
 Interest accumulated during under construction period will be amortized at the end of 36
months or possession whichever earlier and EMI will be calculated for remaining tenure of the

Loan. Further Customer has an option to make the payments towards the Loan during Pre-
construction period any no. of times.
 Repayment Holiday (both No EMI & with PreEMI) will be permitted only till the date of
completion of construction as per tripartite agreement/builder payment schedule
 Above scheme applicable only for Federal Bank approved projects
