The product structure has four levels (0, 1, 2, 3), where our product (wireless earbuds) demand is
200 and each product include 2 casings. It include 1 base, 1 left ear piece , 1right ear piece, 1
charging port, 2 ear rubbers, 2 battery led, and 3 bluetooth circuit device where it include
1antena & 2 receiver.

TIME PHASE PRODUCT STRUCTURE:
AGGREGATE & MASTER PRODUCTION SCHEDULE:

Aggregate Planning is an operational activity to determine the amount and time of production in
the future. This planning process typically covers a time horizon of several months to a year. Here
is the calculation of Aggregate Planning to get the optimum total production.

Whereas the Master Production Schedule (MPS) is a detailed plan specifying production
quantities and schedules for individual products over a short time horizon.

In Material Requirements Planning (MRP), the Gross Requirements Plan is like a master
checklist that tallies up the total need for a specific raw material or part during a set
timeframe. It's the sum of requirements for that material across all the products in the
production schedule.
