Smooth side facing inward, glue the edges & stitch

Printing Instruction
The pattern is designed to be printable. We took
into consideration the standard printer margin for
letter & A4 sized papers.
Seletct “US letter” or “A4” under paper size. Make
sure portrait mode is selected.
Be sure to click “scale: 100%” to ensure that the
page is going to print to scale.
Recommended Leather Weight

1. 0.8 ~ 1.2mm (2 ~ 3oz) 2. 2.0 ~ 2.4mm (5 ~ 6oz)
Instruction
1. Print out patterns on heavy card stock & trace
pattern into leather. Cut out inner body & pocket
panels.
2. Mark 5mm guidelines on pocket panel. Apply
leather adhesive tape on the flesh (rough) side, fold
edge & flatten with leathercraft hammer.
3. Mark guidelines on grain (smooth) side & punch
bottom stitching holes, the stitch together.
4. Glue pocket to inner body, punch hardware holes on
four corners & stitching holes, then stitch together.
5. Fasten rivets with rivet fastener & anvil.
6. Smooth side facing inward, glue inner body edges
& punch stitching holes. Stitch edges together & set
aside
7. Cut out main body. Mark hardware location on
main body panel & punch holes.
8. Trace & cut out strap components.
9. Punch hardware holes & stitching holes. Wrap
keeper around strap tab & stitch together. Repeat
this step to complete all strap tabs.
10. Reduce the edge thickness on the main body panel
using skiver.
11. Attach leather tabs with rivets & install button
studs.
12. Punch closing strap holes using buttonhole punch
& attach it to main body panel with rivets.
