Task 1 :

The graphs show the percentage of the population who owned computers
between 2002 and 2010, as well as the computer ownership based on the level of
education in 2002 and 2010.

Overall , the percentage of people who owned computers and those with
educational backgrounds owning computers both increased over the years from
2002 to 2010.

In 2002, the lowest percentage of computer users no high school diploma was
recorded, while those who owned computers with a postgraduate education level
had the highest percentage respectively 15% and 75%. Following that, the
computer usage rate gradually decreases and is followed by individuals with a
bachelor's degree, those with some college education, and finally high school
education.

In 2010, the percentage of computer users experienced a rapid increase while the
ranking remained the same as in 2002, although there were some differences
between the years. The largest growth was seen in the percentage of high school
students, which increased by approximately 30%. The lowest growth rate was
observed in the postgraduate level, with only a slight increase of 15%. The
remaining rates also showed significant growth, ranging from 20% to 30%.

Task 2 :

In today's society, it is undeniable that social status and material possessions

often play a significant role in how the worth of a person is judged. However, I
partially disagree with the notion that old-fashioned values like honor, kindness,
and trust are no longer important. A person's worth is a complex subject,
influenced by various factors, and while societal emphasis on materialism has
increased, it doesn't mean that traditional values are completely disregarded.

Firstly, material possessions and social status may provide temporary validation,
but they do not guarantee true worth. For example, a wealthy individual may
possess lavish belongings and a high social standing, but if their character lacks
integrity and compassion, their worth will be diminished in the eyes of others. On
the other hand, individuals who demonstrate kindness, trustworthiness, and
honor through their actions are often highly respected, regardless of their
material possessions.

Furthermore, there are many instances where society values and recognizes the
importance of traditional values. Charitable organizations, for instance, applaud
and honor individuals who actively engage in philanthropy, as it demonstrates
their kindness and compassion toward others. Moreover, in personal
relationships and friendships, people value trust and honesty above superficial
attributes.

While it is true that the media and social platforms sometimes amplify the
significance of material wealth, it is important to remember that these
representations do not encompass the entirety of society. Individuals still
appreciate and seek out those who possess qualities such as honor, kindness, and
trustworthiness.

In conclusion, although social status and material possessions may play a

considerable role in judging a person's worth in today's society, it is not accurate
to claim that traditional values have lost their importance. Individuals who
exhibit qualities like honor, kindness, and trust continue to be respected and
valued by others. Society is diverse, and while some may prioritize materialism,
many still recognize the significance of these fundamental values.
