一、 合作目标
为达到促进中巴经济走廊建设，促进中巴两国友
谊之目的，基于巴基斯坦信德省技术教育与职业培训
局与唐风国际教育集团 2021 年 11 月 5 日签署的
战略合作协议框架，双方同意参照“中巴职业技术教
育合作 210 工程”，联合启动数字化职业教育标准与
资源共建项目：共同联合中国优秀职业院校为巴基斯
坦信德省技术教育与职业培训局及下属职业院校升级
或引进课程资源、课程标准、专业标准，在甲方管理
区域的院校内推广使用，以促进甲方职业教育专业、
教学、课程、实习实训、教学条件、师资水平、培训

I. Cooperation Purpose
In order to achieve the purpose of promoting the construction of the China-
Pakistan Economic Corridor and friendship between China and Pakistan, and
based on the Memorandum of Understanding signed between TANG
International Education Group and Sindh Technical Education & Vocational
Training Authority dated on Nov. 5th, 2021, both sides agree to refer to “China-
Pakistan Technical Education Cooperation 210 program” and jointly launch
digitalized vocational and technical education standards and resources co-
construction project: jointly cooperate with Chinese outstanding vocational
colleges to upgrade or introduce curriculum resources, curriculum standards
and major standards to Sindh Technical and Vocational Education Training
Authority and promote the application in colleges affiliated to STEVTA so as to
enhance Party A’s vocational and technical education majors, teaching,
curriculum, practical training, teaching conditions, teacher level and training
ability.
II. Objectives, Rights and Responsibilities
