Dear friends,
let me introduce myself
My name is Kseniya, and for the past four years crocheting has been
my hobby. I'm absolutely obsessed with crocheting Amigurumi toys
and photographing my toys in the best way to present my creations.
Perhaps, the idea to combine these two kinds of expressing myself
is the true reason why I'm so obsessed with amigurumi and that is
why we are both here to crochet the autumn outfit for the cutest
travel and chill lover - my Froggy.
This project became a real challenge for me and a real unexpected
trend for crocheters. Froggy's pattern has been sold even now,
when autumn is knocking at our windows. The fallen leaves and blue
mood were the reasons why I figured out that froggy will enjoy a
yellow raincoat and a cozy sweater.
I delayed my current
project and drawn a

always slipped, the last stitch is always purled. Also I
use twisted yo, you can find a lot of videos on youtube,

Here and in the futher instructions the edge

stitches are taken into a total number of
stitches. It means that if the pattern says k3 in
the beginning of the row, you need to slip one
edge st and knit 2 stitches. The same thing is
with the stitches at the end of the row.
Cast on 42 sts. From rnd 1 to rnd 16 make

rubber 1*1, it means you need to mix 1 knit
stitch and 1 purl stitch:

Next we need to devide the work into 2 halves

of the back, sleeves and the front side (рiс. 2). I
used knitting markers, you can use safety pins
or crochet markers. Mark the work in the
following way: 7sts, 8sts, 12sts, 8sts, 7sts.
We will make yarn over between each section (back
and sleeve or sleeve and front side). You can use any
kind you prefer.

Fasten off all the thread ends except for the

next we will go knitting the sleeves.
Slip the stitches of the sleeve from extra needle

and put them on the working needle. Also we

11) at the underarm area (I use a crochet hook
for it). Now knit using a “magic loop” technique.
Divide the quantity of stitches equally to each

sweater.
It means you need to repeat the step 51 times
more.
Please pay attention to the following. After you crochet 6

sc along the chain, you should start the dec from the
NEXT sc along the foundation, not from the one where the
chain starts, otherwise your "rubber" will go wider.

Making the sleeves.
Attach the thread to the outer corner of the 24
underarm area (рiс. 24) and crochet:

If the sleeve is to tight, make 2 sc at the side, not 1, so the

Now you need to sew the edges of the sleeves

If you like a smooth edge, crochet sc along all

sides of the sweater.
Fasten off all the thread tails except for the

thread at the beginning of crocheting, where we
made the chain.

For the 2nd and the 3rd segments repeat the
rows from the 1st till the 10th. In the next (after
the 1st one) segments you should crochet sl sts

When you start to crochet the 4th segment, try

the beanie on your froggy's head, because I
needed only 6 rows to have it fits my froggy.
Perhaps, you will need more or less rows. You
can finish the crocheting at any of even rows.
