Group Assignment

 Take one of the following questions and prepare a short report on it by consulting the
organization. A group should work on only one questions and the questions should be
assigned to the group based on willingness or by chance based on lottery methods

Group Assignments

1. Select an organization of your interest (or any organization you are familiar with) in
group of five members and develop the existing layout structure (process layout
flows) of that organization. Comment on its weakness and develop an alternatives
layout which you believe can increase its efficiency.
2. Considering your organization or any other organizations your familiar with and
analysis the Supply Chain Management Strategy focusing on:
 Who are the participants of the supply chain
 Supply chain strategy used by the organization
 Any problem they faced and ways to overcome
 Any strategy you recommend
3. Take your organization or any other organizations your familiar with and write a
report on the quality management strategy used by the organization. Is there any of
the following tools (such as Kaizen, TQM, JIT, Six Sigma Model ….. etc.) used. Any
recommendation
