Konker is recruiting for an Architect to join a great architectural practice based on the
outskirts of Preston.

This is a fabulous chance to join a practice that has worked on some of the region's most
iconic and finest buildings.

Employing 90 professionals and considered one of the leading Healthcare RIBA practices
in the UK, they are going through a period of growth where they have multiple
opportunities available for Technicians, Technologists, and Architects of all levels to join
them.

The practice works on projects locally, regionally, and nationally. They are based in a rural
location working in a beautifully converted barn, with a relaxed and professional
atmosphere.

All staff after a short period of time are offered the chance for hybrid working which is three
days working at home and two days in the office.

They provide architecture, interior design, and master planning services to a wide range of
clients and they are known for being specialists in the healthcare sector.

The practice uses the latest software which sees all new projects that come into the
practice worked in Revit and the practice operates within a BIM Environment. Revit
training is provided if you don't have any previous experience.

As the Architect, you be running and managing your own projects whilst also working as
part of the design team on larger-scale projects.

Salary & Benefits: Architect

* £35K-£45K - depending on previous experience.

la périphérie de Preston.

Employant 90 professionnels et considéré comme l'un des principaux cabinets

RIBA de soins de santé au Royaume-Uni, ils traversent une période de croissance où ils
disposent de multiples opportunités pour que les techniciens, technologues et architectes
de tous niveaux les rejoignent.

Le cabinet travaille sur des projets aux niveaux local, régional et national. Ils sont
basés en zone rurale et travaillent dans une grange magnifiquement reconvertie, dans une
atmosphère détendue et professionnelle.

Après une courte période, tous les collaborateurs se voient offrir la possibilité de
travailler de manière hybride, soit trois jours de travail à domicile et deux jours au bureau.

Ils fournissent des services d'architecture, de design d'intérieur et de planification

générale à un large éventail de clients et sont connus pour être des spécialistes du
secteur de la santé.

Le cabinet utilise le logiciel le plus récent qui voit tous les nouveaux projets entrants
dans le cabinet travaillés dans Revit et le cabinet fonctionne dans un environnement BIM.
Une formation Revit est dispensée si vous n'avez aucune expérience préalable.

En tant qu'architecte, vous dirigez et gérez vos propres projets tout en travaillant
