1. Executive Summary
This document is a step-by-step sequence for performing an operation and
migration. It tells the implementors, field engineers, operation team and inform client
about how to execute the actions in order to perform an operation and migration and
impact of activity to existing network services.
A brief summary and service impact of activity can be explained in section below.

4. Pre-activity Checklist
These sections will describe state of service before migration and implementation
activity begin. These will be used as a baseline and reference point for activity checking
when implementation and migration is completed.
6. Post-activity Checklist
These Section will describe about activity checking after changes and all step of
implementations are completed. These will help PT. Telekomunikasi Selular to check
service sanity status and help making decision whether everything is normal or fall-back
plan need to be executed to avoid unnecessary downtime.
7. Fallback Plan
This section will describe fallback plan that will be executed (if necessary) under
coordination PT. Telekomunikasi Selular should these implementation or service
migration declared as failed since application and service is heavily disrupted for too
long.
