6. Post-activity Checklist
These Section will describe about activity checking after changes and all step of
implementations are completed. These will help PT. Telekomunikasi Selular to check
service sanity status and help making decision whether everything is normal or fall-back
plan need to be executed to avoid unnecessary downtime.

7. Fallback Plan
This section will describe fallback plan that will be executed (if necessary) under
coordination PT. Telekomunikasi Selular should these implementation or service
migration declared as failed since application and service is heavily disrupted for too
long.

This action can be ignored if previous section or Implementation declared as success


and all post-activity service status is the same as pre-activity service status.
