INTRODUCTION

During an argument over the usage of “Boga,” an alternative

noisemaker, by the victim’s family that triggered the conflict
between a cop and his neighbor in Tarlac in December 2020,
Nuezca was convicted for the murders of mother Sonya and son
Frank.

On December 20, 2020, Nuezca was videotaped shooting Sonia

Gregorio, 52, and her son Frank Anthony Gregorio at close range
after an altercation in the latter's home. The video of the two
unarmed men being brutally murdered became viral on YouTube,
particularly on the Tulfo Live Show.

The Tarlac Regional Trial Court Branch 106 found him guilty
beyond reasonable doubt of murder, on two counts, and
sentenced him to reclusion perpetua or up to 40 years of
imprisonment, for each count.

But then the Convicted murderer and former policeman Jonel

Nuezca has died inside the New Bilibid Prison (NBP) for causes still
unknown. Authorities launched an investigation if there was foul
play.
RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

I saw this as a General strain Theory,

An stress produces negative emotion that promote criminality,

Because of the noise that produce by his neighbor It stress him
out and became very aggressive and start arguing to his neighbor
because he is a cop he use his gun to control and take over the
situation in an aggressive way that’s way the neighbors fight back
and didn’t even listen to him as a result the cop start shooting
cause of angriness towards the neighbors, No hesitations or
whatever even though his daughter and children are there he still
goes for shooting the victim.
CONCLUSION

After a heated disagreement about an improvised noisemaker,

police officer Jonel Nuezca fatally shot two of his neighbors, Sonia
and Frank Gregorio, in Tarlac, Philippines, on December 20, 2020.
(boga). The perpetrator's underage daughter and the victim's
relatives were both present at the crime scene and witnessed the
incident. The incident was caught on camera and went viral on
social media, sparking national outrage and rekindling debate
about recent years of police brutality and human rights violations,
with the incident being linked to the drug war in the country.
Were I recommend to the other higher authorities that if they
have guns in them they must not used it to control others things
or what they’re doing you must also know that you are under the
Government, you must know how to label your self to the event.
