CPR(CARDIOPULMONARY RESUSCITATION)

1. DANGER
instructions: Check the situation around. Make sure the
situation is ok.
2. Response
intructions: Check the people response by tapping the
shoulders. Asking some questions as example
“are you ok?”, “Do you hear me?”
3. Shout for help
instructions: asking some help by shouting people around or
calling the emergency.
4. Air way
instructions: Open the mouth of the patient, make sure that
there is No. food or fluids. Holding the patient’s head upright
to exhale.
5. Breathing
instructions :
checking the patient is breathing look for the rise and fall of
the chest. listen to their mouth for the sound. Do it in 10
seconds. if there is No. response make sure that ambulance
is on the way or calling the emergency line again: Listen the
instructions.
6. Circulations
Press hard and fast on the chest. place the hand straight.
speed 100-120 /s and deepth 5-6 cm to the chest
pressure.
