I affirm that the foregoing representations are true and correct to the best of my information, knowledge, and belief. If I am
wrong at any stage, GC University Lahore has the right to cancel my admission/degree from the University or to take legal
action against me as per rules, or both.

I do hereby undertake that:

vii. GC University Lahore or the Higher Education Commission, Government of Pakistan, reserves the right to take any or
all legal actions against me if the terms of the award are breached.

viii. I hereby acknowledge and accept the above conditions for the award of PM Laptops to the selected students. I
understand that if the above information is found to be bogus, incorrect, or misstated, I shall be liable to return the
asset/laptop without damages or changes in full operating condition to the HEC OR GCU Lahore without any hesitation.
Furthermore, I acknowledge that the decision of the HEC regarding my eligibility or Ineligibility for the award of the
Laptop is final, and I shall not challenge it in any court of law.
