the next level contracting experience. Leading deployment design of ICI co-pilots for 50+
customers embracing APIM and Azure Open AI.
• Ideated, evaluated, and infused AI/ML solutions in the core platform working alongside
product manager, data scientist as part of the core CTO office group.
• Successfully delivered and supported high business value 10+ features offerings from scratch
wearing multiple hats of Architect, Feature Owner, Value Stream Owner (VSO), Unified
Developer over multiple releases.
• Through various architectural initiatives on handling on-demand scale, successfully reduced
yearly costs by ~80% and performance gains of ~40% initiating and embracing Containerization,
Azure Serverless offerings for AI/ML solutions. This also got featured in Microsoft Customer
