Avant’s Optimus program is the one of the strategic component of their technology transformation to
implement the Duck Creek on Demand (DCOD) product customization for their insurance products such as
Travel, Medical Indemnity and Practitioner. The large-scale Duck Creek implementation involves core product
configuration for Policy and Billing, Integration with upstream and downstream systems, Data migration, Data
hub and reporting solutions. My key contributions are:
• Design and implementation of complex integrations between Duck Creek and critical systems such
as Claims, General ledger, Payment gateways (Credit card, Direct debit, PayPal, BPay, Click to Pay),
DocGen, Member Portal, Medicare, APHRA, Marketo, Aurora, Medicare system.

Domestic Funds Platform is PaaS and SaaS a solution provided by Euroclear to the local domestic markets
(local CSDs) to support improvements in their funds market practices. Several countries have growing funds
markets, but are using ad hoc ‘infrastructures’ with multiple inefficiencies, which are slowing their growth.
To expand its presence further, Euroclear has decided to tap the international market with this completely
new solution and digital platform for trading, which would address the existing problems of these
prospective customers.

Worked as architect and project lead to build Default Workflow System. DWF is a new Workflow and Data
Communication system between FBRM (Foreclosure, Bankruptcy and Real Estate Management) division in
Bank of America and external Lender Processing Services (LPS). The system enables streamlined workflow,
utilizing a more efficient and centralized tool to manage the business process.

7. Bankruptcy Automated Processing System (BAPS)

The goal of BAPS project is to streamline the Bankruptcy process, eliminating time consuming legacy system
and thus increase in productivity and decrease the cost of operation. This is a transition project (CFC & Bank
of America merger) that has been executed keeping in mind following objectives:
• Decrease Bankruptcy unapplied funds sitting in suspense and number of payment posting errors.
• Enable more timely and consistent case filing in court and reporting
• Automation of payment processing and Proof of claim (POC) creation
• Simplified and workflow-based Exception Management

Contributed significantly on this project as an architect and lead to complete the transition project on tight
schedule. The work has been well recognized by senior leadership and CFC’s IT capability that Bank of
America can take it forward.

Technical Lead and offshore project manager to rollout the project. Equity Review Application (ERA), a
workflow-based solution to:

• Automate data transfers between legacy and new system through multithreaded conversion
applications
• Improve efficiency and data accuracy thus making better decision-making tool.
• Automate Broker Price Opinion (BPO)/Appraisal ordering and retrieval.
• Tabularized state and investor guidelines for approval workflow
Contributed significantly on solutioning, development and implementation of the application from end-to-
end.

customer revenues and customer loyalty. The product is legacy web-based application having the web client
developed using ASP and the server components using C++.

Involved in rewriting of the enter application using .Net technology, performance improvements and bug fix.

10. GPT - Global Project Tracking, DELL

GPT is a web site and database which tracks customized configuration projects from the customer's initial
phone call, through project development, to manufacturing instructions (MI). The customized requirements
are form premier customers and fits into Custom Factory Integration (CFI) in Dell’s business. CFI offers
various services such as software services, hardware services, imaging services, asset label services and
more. GPT is the central repository of all custom factory integration projects in Dell. GPT provides order
entry instructions for salespeople, manufacturing instructions for project engineers and conduct audit for
the project by sustaining engineers.

Involved in tactical enhancement, implement new business requirement, GAP analysis, and globalization of
the application, .Net conversion, Communication with various upstream and downstream applications.

11. PSEG Track 4 - Report and Analysis

Public Service Enterprise Group (PSEG) is a publicly traded (NYSE: PEG), growing energy and energy services
company headquartered in New Jersey, US. PSE&G is a regulated utility delivering gas and electric service
safely and reliably to areas of New Jersey in which about 70% of the population reside. Development of the
“Ability to generate useful reports” is an important objective of PSEG’s ongoing 2005 Gas GIS Project, which
involves phase wise software development and implementation. PSEG Track 4 – Reporting/Analytics of the
current project is dedicated to achieving this objective. Gas GIS reports templates are developed using
Business Objects’ Crystal Reports® software, version XI. Report execution, publication and archiving will be
managed through use of Business Objects’ Crystal Reports Server XI. Report templates are developed using
complex queries fulfilling the Business need.

TIPS is a web-based software solution on Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services that facilitate RMK
management and investors to view the information of forest budgeting and inventory. TIPS web-based
solution provides ability to track, query, access, and display information about the timberlands the investors
own. The use of both the spatial and tabular data in the decision-making process allows for more informed
decisions to be made regarding RMK’s timberland business.

13. AUSAID- Shelling Sanitation Project

AUSAID is an Australian organization deals with sanitation projects. Water is a major problem in Meghalaya
capital Shillong as it is a hill station. Effective distribution of by proper layout of water pipeline is a challenging
job. The project requirement was starting from survey, data preparation and customized application
development to provide support from initial data capture to final analysis and data maintenance modules.
Further to store the data at a centralized location and make available to different group of users belonging to
different government and private organizations, it required web-based solution with GISintegration.

14. Situation Report and Analysis System (SRAS)

Situation Report and Analysis System - SRAS is a client-server application, which facilitate users to capture
any situation (event) as spatial data and report the same to the higher division in Indian Army. User can
prepare presentation, report and playback history of events based on various criterions such as type of
event, parties involved, period, and reported-by. Situation reporting is a regular activity in Army and this
application is very much useful for capturing and analyzing the data to take any further action. The
application provides functionalities for data maintenance, query, report, analysis and preparing
presentation.
Involved in design, development of GIS system, installation at 9 Army headquarters and end-user training.

15. GIS Mobile Application

Technology: MS verb, Visual Basic 6.5, MapInfo MapX, Windows CE

This is a real-time mobile application integrated with GPS. The application can be deployed in Pocket PC or
any desktop system. The vehicle position moving on the road is recorded using GPS and displayed as GIS
data on top of other utility maps such as land use, water bodies, road, railroad, and river landmark. The
communication can be wireless through Radio Modem or LAN.

16. Retail Outlet Analysis System (ROMS)

Retail Outlet Analysis System (ROMS) is a desktop application developed to facilitate distribution system,
clustering, query and analysis and routing for better coverage to the outlets. Geographical Information System
(GIS) transferring the row and column format data to the mapping window, thus providing better analysis
capability and faster decision making.
