Reflection 1: (5)
Differentiated instruction benefits our learners because it acknowledges the diversity of each student which
can be a way to reach their full potential and promote critical thinking skills. It also fosters equality as well
as inclusivity since students do have their own talents and intelligence, it would grow and be better through
tailoring these instructions. Moreover, it would increase students’ engagement since when they notice that
the activities where they excel are included in the process, they will have more enthusiasm and motivation
to participate.

Reflection 2: (5)
As a future teacher, I can employ the following strategies in my classes such as group activities where
different students are in one group and they would perform a variety of presentations depending upon their
choice or what is assigned to them. Also, providing different instructional materials will encourage them to
engage and participate in the discussion. Additionally, giving them various activities which will help them to
bring out their potential will be a beneficial strategy for the students.
