In event that the said authorization is not submitted by the School Head on the prescribed deadline, the LANDBANK shall automatically transfer the amount/unexpended cash advance (net of maintaining balance, funding for outstanding checks issued, and net interest income, if any) to the BTr. Service Charges for returned or bounced checks, if any, shall be borne by the School Head. 2, Prepare complete receiving copy as attachments to the Bank Statement and Bank Reconciliation to be submitted to the Accounting Unit. 3. The Schools Division Office submit to the DepEd Regional Office a report on the Summary of Bank Accounts Opened for the first to fourth quarter of the year.
