As I planned to be more retired, SRA advertised and
interviewed experienced candidates for my Executive
Director position. Leigh Bacharach began her new
job December 1st. What a relief to have a buddy to
train and help with this full time responsibility when
I was only able to work half-time. Together we have
been catching up on unfinished projects as Leigh
learns about the workings of SRA.
2008 has been a busy year with many office changes.
As the staff and I look back, we all agree it was a
very good year. Thank you clients and students for
your support as we move forward through our
growth and new additions to serving you.

Report to Community on SRA
2008 Activities

Last July I began sharing with you the history of SRA
and then I introduced you to the SRA Board president
and our permanent staff. Since you are an important
part of the SRA community, I am now reporting to
you the highlights of the activities of the past year.
In February the SRA moved out of the Detzlers’ home
to the new Center for Spiritual Response Association
office in Olympia. The office staff spent a couple
months getting acquainted and learning with our
new computers, VOIP telephone system, and the new
office facility. The older building had been
refurbished inside and provided great space for three
regular staff and two part-time employees to work
more efficiently. Our classroom space is big enough
for 18 students with capabilities to record Robert
or other teachers for future student reviews.
In the past two years Robert has been working on a
Dictionary of SRT Terms, a lexicon of important
words. Pam Murray took time around her teaching
schedule to do editing and our new Director, Leigh
Bacharach, finished the formatting. The Dictionary
is now printed and ready for sale as a help for serious
SRT students and teachers.
Following many requests from Asia for more
training, Robert and I went to Hong Kong. We were
impressed with the warmth and respect shown us
by not just students but also people in the park or
on the street. English is a second language there.
Hong Kong is an amazing city of high modern towers
and also very colorful street markets. SRA sponsored
Basic and Advanced Classes which were used as
reviews by many students there who had not had a
SRT class since 2004. After a day of politeness,
Robert had convinced students that they really could
ask questions during class. The Advanced class had
a total of 54 students of which 28 were reviewing.
From this trip we are happy to announce that now
SRA has three new SRT teachers for Malaysia & Hong
Kong. Several students are applying to be SRA
consultants in Asia.
SRA is committed to high quality training and
support for the Certified Practitioners who serve you.
In 2008 SRA sponsored a total of 26 classes: 9
Intensive SRT Skills classes, 6 Self Mastery I classes,
2 Spiritual Restructuring classes, 4 Basic and 4
Advanced SRT classes, plus a prototype Self Mastery
II class. Eight of these classes were international-
Hong Kong (2), Germany (2), Venezuela (2) with one

each in Budapest and London.
Our three member Curriculum Committee managed
the review, revision, and update of the entire SRT
curriculum materials not only for English but also
German, Spanish, and Hungarian. Translation and
editing were done by in-country paid and volunteer
workers with final review and formatting done in
USA. This was a huge output for one year so thanks
everyone!
Teacher helps for these languages have now been
finalized in 2009. Even with much volunteer help
these translation projects cost approximately
$15,000. All the new helpful curriculum materials
created by Robert and the Curriculum committee
over the past 3-4 years are now available for these
language students. Imagine how grateful these
students are for all the materials that English
speaking students can get immediately?
Unfortunately, Czech students are still waiting this
same update translation from the past 3 years and
other SRT students have been requesting us to add
additional languages for SRT charts and class
materials. These are projects for the future.
During this year SRA had some expert business help
from ACCG:avenue2possibilities, a partnership of
consciousness aware not-for-profit consultants. They
interviewed a number of our long time teachers and
all staff to report on SRA service and organization
functions. Their recommendations for
improvements, information on government
regulations, and assistance with search for an
experienced Executive Director has been a continuing
blessing. Because of this SRA is moving ahead to be
a more efficient organization with plans for
expanding our ways of serving you.
Taking advantage of our new telephone capabilities,
we added two offsite telephone consultants and 19
more hours per week so you can access our available
consulting staff. Today you now have more than 60
hours per week available for healing support with
four SRA consultants. In addition, Robert does 1-2
hours daily in long distance clearing. Since Robert is
so busy, special support for SRA Certified
Practitioners was increased by allowing them to make
appointments with Beth for discussion or clearing
help with their teaching or consulting. Look forward
to more available consultant help being added to
our schedule to increase your ability to easily contact
us. (See notice of Wednesday night consulting hours
available starting in March.)

Reasons Your Spiritual
Committees May Block
by Kathryn Hamilton-Cook
A thorough Prep to Work before every SRT session is
essential for guaranteeing accuracy and complete-
ness in your SRT work. When you or your High Self
committee are not clear, you may not be able to
access and apply the highest vibrational healing for
you or your clients. In addition to the usual check
questions (including making sure there are no Extra
Souls and your ego level is below 4%), you should
ask “How long will it take to clear my High Self/
spiritual committees? How long will it take to clear
myself?” If any amount of time other than zero is
indicated, you should ask for clearing (you may have
to do research). (For detailed Prep to Work questions,
see the “Advanced SRT Procedure.”) In addition, your
High Self may become blocked during a research
session. If you begin to get illogical responses to your
questions or you feel you have interference, make
sure you are still clear and recheck the level of your
High Self committee using Chart 3 (see below).
There are many reasons your spiritual committees
(including High Self committee, Guardian Angels, or
other committees that work with you) may block you.
Many of the following are not quickly identified using
the SRT charts, so you should become familiar with
these potential issues.
1. Your committees may not be operating from the
highest level of consciousness. During Prep to
Work, make sure all committees, especially High
Self and Guardian Angels, are clear through the
highest levels of RADIANT LOVE on Chart 3 (your
pendulum should swing to indicate a level above
the top edge of the page on the back of Chart 3).
2. Your High Self committee may be allowing inter-
ference from other committee members up the
chain. Make sure you only have one link (between
yourself and your core committee) in your High
Self committee chain. Have all others removed.
3. Various High Self committee members may be
interfering or not working in consensus or in
harmony. Ask to have your High Self committee
reduced to “minimum size for maximum effect”
and ask that they be harmonized. After doing this,
most people have only two Souls on their High
Self committee (it is not necessary to demand only
two members; you will be assigned the appropriate
number, be it 2, 12, or 20).
4. Your High Self may be running abdication energy;
your committee is clear, but is abdicating

responsibility for research and clearing. Clear and
remove any beings with this energy (you will
always have some left beings assigned to you).
5. Your High Self and/or Guardian Angels may be
running any SPIRIT-level (or higher) blocks or
programs including:
Programs on Charts 8A, 8B, 10A, and 10B
Any programs pre-programmed into the
macrocosm or first six bodies
Spirit Root Beliefs
Guilt programs
Personal Soul Beliefs
Discordant Energy Programs
Negative Virus
Frustration and helplessness
Blocks to clearing mop-up
Return programs
Psychological Reversal
Soul Programs
Discordant notes in the Musical Score
Ask that your High Self and all committees be
cleared back to the Heart of SPIRIT including all
programs there (including inheritance,
identification, fear, and imprint). This will clear all
of the items listed above, including back to the void,
through the “wave of expression,” Master Hologram,
the macrocosm (SPIRIT body of consciousness), DNA
and chromosomes, and 2,600 pathways, including
the first six bodies (these constitute the Akashic
record and Living Soul).
6. Your spiritual committees may need the Etheric,
First Astral, Spiritual Body, and Living Soul pre-
programmed potentials cleared by the Holy Spirit.
7. Your High Self may be supporting your Soul’s
previous life plan instead of supporting the new
chosen plan made possible by clearing. Make sure
that your High Self is agreeing to release the
negative and support the positive 100%.
8. Your Guardian Angels may think that researching
a program will cause you pain, and will thus block
the research & prevent clearing. Ask for a spiritual
kick and re-education of the Guardian Angels. If
GAs continue to block, ask that they be cleared
and removed (verify that some GAs are still left).
9. Your High Self may not see the issue as a problem,
and therefore may not identify a program to clear.
Remember, SPIRIT/High Self does not judge any
experience as “wrong” or “bad”—just “a possible
learning experience.” Ask if they recognize the
issue as a problem, & request help in changing it.

10. If programs keep coming up after clearing, your
High Self may not be clearing all items on the
mop-up list 100%. Make sure they are clearing
100% of the items 100% during mop-up (currently
27,396 items).

More Consulting Hours!
Starting March 4 you can call in for SRT consulting
on any Wednesday evenings until 8 p.m. Pacific time.
This additional shift of three hours will increase your
access to one of our trained SRT Consultants. This
should be especially helpful for those in the Pacific
and Mountain time zones as it is after daily work
hours.
SRA has also been training a pool of consultants who
will be available to fill in our schedule when Robert
or one of our other regular consultants are on
vacation or teaching. Remember SRA screens and
trains our consultants. They offer you excellent
clearing and spiritual support. Please allow these new
or different consultants to work with you when you
call in. Get acquainted with them and you will
appreciate their personal insights.
