We all would like some healing
energy working in our lives on a
daily basis. So how do we do that?
I have found that the simplest and
most effec ve prayer habit
is the “Preview and Review Pray
Method.” Each morning before jumping from bed take a
few minutes to preview your day. Ask for guidance and
help to create a good day that will bless you and everyone
you meet. If you foresee an ac vity or person in the day
that might cause you anxiety or difficulty, work on releas‐
ing nega ve emo ons connected to it or them. Take sev‐
eral deep relaxing breaths to become calm. Then visualize
white light on the mental scene and send your love ener‐
gy to be a blessing. Envision the situa on to be encoun‐
tered as progressing to an amiable conclusion helping
everyone involved.
This is like the professional athletes visualizing perfect
prac ce of their skill such as mentally shoo ng baskets
through the hoop. Research has shown that perfect visu‐
aliza on improved their skill more than imperfect physical
prac ce. So why don't we envision ourselves being loving,
kind, coopera ve, and spiritual in our daily ac vi es? An
Eastern proverb declares that the reward of pretending to
be a holy man is becoming one. Mentally prac cing how
to live a be er life rehearses us to live that way!
Now you are ready to meet the day with posi ve energy
paving your way. If anxiety comes in again, ask SPIRIT for
help and envision a posi ve outcome scene with white
light and all the hope and love your can muster. Give the
situa on over to God and do what you can in a posi ve
way or get involved with something else produc ve and
do not worry!
When re ring for the night review the day as it was lived.
Go over the scenes from early morning to now. Rejoice
and praise yourself for the good things of the day. For‐
give people or release nega ve energy
a ached to situa ons. Forgive yourself as well
and ask SPIRIT to con nue to work in the more
difficult encounters. Seek to understand and bless the
other persons involved. Then take a few deep breaths to
relax, send white light and love to the day's scene while
asking for God's help and con nued work to heal or im‐
prove it. Now trust SPIRIT and let it go for a good night's
sleep. If yo7u believe in a loving Higher Power working
with you, you will be able to let go and let God do some
healing work.

Envision how much easier
many seemingly diffi‐
cult days became using my preview prayers and how
o en seeming bad situa ons resolved or lessened with‐
out my doing anything but staying in my review prayer
mode of forgiveness and blessing the other party in‐
volved. Try it and let it work for you!
For a very difficult situa on where you cannot do any‐
thing physical to correct a problem, I have created a spe‐
cific prayer process. It brought miraculous results when
preparing for my daugh‐

 M.A.G.I.C: What’s Your Paradigm

“We must have a paradigm shi ,” pro‐
claimed the CEO of the large corpora‐
on in which I was employed. I was
right in the middle of the group charged
with helping to bring about this “shi .”
However, it soon became apparent that, although every‐
one was using the term “paradigm shi ,” almost no one
knew what it meant, much less that they were interested
in making any shi at all unless it directly benefi ed them.
When I asked several of them what paradigm meant, they
were stumped. They really did not know the meaning. I
thought, “If you don’t know what something means, how
are you supposed to make use if it?”
Paradigm, as defined in the dic onary, means “a theory or
a group of ideas about how something should be done,
made, or thought about.”
I discovered during this project that, although most people
want one or more things to change, they did not want to
change their ideas or pa erns. They were, however, com‐
fortable with other people changing. No wonder the term
“paradigm shi ” went the way of the dinosaurs.
I recently heard a man named Bob Proctor say, “Your logic
is determined by your paradigm.”
That started me thinking again about paradigms, especially
my own. Like most people, I certainly have ideas about
“how it is.” These theories affect my life in posi ve as well
as adverse ways. Even though I do my best to change im‐
peding paradigms into empowering ones, I find I must con‐
sistently challenge my entrenched theories to see if they
are crea ng roadblocks to my progress.
The Buddha once said, “If you meet the Buddha on the
road, kill him.” As startling as that statement might seem,
he was telling us not to buy completely into a paradigm
un l we had thoroughly examined it. He meant we should
even challenge his own teachings un l we are certain they
are Truth.
In SRT we clear to New Paradigm. I have always thought
this was an interes ng term, but I did not give its signifi‐
cance much considera on.
Lately it has taken on a deeper implica on in my life. I
have realized that being clear to New Paradigm is not
enough.
I am seeking a new paradigm of rela onship with SPIRIT—
a deeper connec on with SPIRIT’s love and power.
As I spend me asking SPIRIT to reveal to me more of the
meaning of New Paradigm and to guide me in applying
more of New Paradigm to my thoughts, words, and ac‐
ons, my life has taken a quantum leap in quality and joy.
Doors are opening that I could not have imagined just a
few short months ago. People are coming forward in mi‐
raculous ways. I am finding favor everywhere I look. It is
taking courage and a new way of thinking, but it is won‐
derful.
If you would like to take a step toward your own new para‐
digm, I challenge you to do the following for the next thirty
days:
1. A er prepping to work, ask SPIRIT, “What does
New Paradigm mean to me and my world?”
2. Sit quietly for two minutes, in a recep ve frame
of mind.
3. Record the impressions you receive in a note‐
book.
4. As you go through your day, become aware of
signs that help you move deeper into your own
New Paradigm.
5. Watch how your paradigm of life changes.
New Paradigm is not only a label for a level of soul con‐
sciousness. It is a gateway to a life of incredible richness
and depth.

earn credit for their learning. We are con nuing to develop all new classes to
promote growth within our community.

mote SRT and SpR throughout the globe! This is very exci ng for us all.
When we speak of the SRA, it is very important for all to know that the SRA is
each and every one of you. Anyone who has taken an SRT class or has been
touched by SRT is the SRA. So as we move forward together let us be grateful
for the wonderful tool of SRT that SPIRIT has given us.

A Con nuing Educa on Class (CEC) in Spanish!

Have you ever wondered why a er a complete clearing of programs that some mes the results obtained are drama ‐
cally posi ve, and in other cases there is not even a change in your life or that of your client’s? While there can be
many reasons for this to occur, some mes it is influenced by the conscious effort (or lack
thereof) to achieve the results we seek – on our part or by your client.
We can help! In SRT, we have Chart 19. This chart allows us to track those areas of our lives
where we can clear blocks so those aspects can operate effec vely, but also clear those that
require a conscious effort on our part to achieve the results we want.
In the on‐line class called “Change Your Life with Chart 19” is a
con nuing educa on class (CEC) sponsored by SRA, we will
study each one of these aspects and have exercises for
