Chapter I
1.1 Introduction
Recently have seen a resurgence of advancements in the tourism industry,
particularly with the end of the PPKM period following the corona virus period. After
being abandoned for more than 3 years, several tourist cities rebuilt and reopened
their tourist attractions. Yogyakarta, Bali, Malang, and other places are a few of them.
And I’ll describe my journey to Bali in this report, along with the amenities I took
advantage of. The ins and outs of the tourism industry were taught to us in a prior
course called English for tourism ar my university, UNIPA Surabaya. This calls for
us to visit a tourist destination and table manner as a final course assignment for the
5th semester. In several cities, especially Bali, they use their citizens to manage
tourism in their city, ranging from handicrafts and souvenirs even the tour guide is a
local person, who explains in great detail about developments, changes and all the
things that are in a tourism place. Apart from Blitar, I also explained several tourist
sites in Blitar, as the city where I live and I born. Likewise, our goal is to understand
the English for tourism course, that is, apart from teacher, we are also equipped to
become experts and proficient in the field of tourism because in Indonesia, as well as
in other countries, the tourism aspect never dies and will continue to develop
following existing technological developments.

an increasingly popular destination in Klungkung Regency, Bali. Due to
its breathtaking beauty, the island has become a favorite tourist destination
by travelers seeking an authentic nature experience. Toyopakeh Port acts
as an important gateway connecting tourists to the wonders of Nusa
Penida Island.
