▪ Site supervision for day-today task given by the Engineer.
▪ Read and interpret drawings, schematic and electrical code specifications to determine
layout of electrical equipment installations.
▪ Install, examine, replace or repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes,
conduits, feeders, lighting fixtures and other electrical components.
▪ Test electrical equipment and components for continuity, current, voltage and
resistance.
▪ Maintain, repair, install and test switch-gear, transformers, switchboard meters.
▪ Troubleshoot, maintain and repair, electrical and low voltage control systems and other
related devices.
▪ Fabrication and Installation of Cable Tray, Ladders, Trunking and Accessories.
▪ Cable Laying, Glanding, Termination and Testing on various location such as riser,
duct bank, trenches and cable trays.
▪ DB, ATC Panels and LV Panels installation, dressing and terminations
▪ Arrange and coordinate safety meetings.
▪ Delegate tasks and responsibilities to crew members
▪ Be the point of contact with the Engineers.

 ▪ Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all company guidelines and safety requirements and also through
reporting violations of policies, procedures and guidelines to the immediate Engineer/Engineers.

Duties and Responsibilities as Sr. Telecom Technician

▪ Site supervision for day-today task given by the Engineer.

▪ Installs, moves, repairs and modifies telecommunications and related equipment according to job order
specifications, standards and procedures.
▪ Installing routers, switches, multiplexors, cable trays, alarm and fire-suppression systems. Building ironwork and
ladder racks, establishing connection and other programming features.
▪ Establishes voice and data networks by running, pulling, terminating and splicing cables.
▪ Installing security cameras, panic system, door access and cabling.
▪ Verify service by testing circuits, equipment and alarms and identifying, correcting or escalating problems.
▪ Documents network by labelling and routing equipment and cables.
▪ Maintain network by troubleshooting and repairing outrages, testing network back-up procedures and updating
documentation.
▪ Maintains safe work environment by following codes, standards and legal regulations.
▪ Delegate tasks and responsibilities to crew members
▪ Be the point of contact with the Telecom Engineer.
▪ Other duties as assigned.
