Global Team Manager for Change Management of Consumer and Global Wealth platforms. Responsible for
operational execution of change, oversight across all platforms, applications and technologies, releases from
desktop through networks to mainframe. Working with programs and projects to manage Responsible for
ensuring strict adherence to industry compliance controls whilst making strategic improvements to process
and policies. Providing key performance results to leadership. Identifying trends and actions.
As part of the change role I lead a team that defined and delivered Production Readiness to execute against
high profile projects. Creating standards and processes, and dashboards presenting to leadership highlighting
risks and successes.
Developed process and tools to address a gap to identify impacting infrastructure changes enabling an
accurate and far-reaching view of upcoming changes and creating a collision schedule to better manage risks
