The DNA of

the Team:
Team Strengths
Grid Instructions
The best teams are made up of individuals who understand and appreciate their own — and others’ — unique contributions to the team.

The Team Strengths Grid lets you visualize your team's collective talents, strengths and opportunities at a glance. Using the framework
of the four CliftonStrengths domains — Executing, Influencing, Relationship Building and Strategic Thinking — think about how you and
others on your team collaborate and contribute to the team's overall success.

Use the information in the Team Strengths Grid to set and achieve specific team goals. When each person knows what they bring to the
team and is empowered to do what they do best, the team becomes more cohesive, versatile, productive and engaged.

There are two ways to use the Team Strengths Grid.
