Quoted amounts are expressed in Brazilian reais (BRL).

A formal employment agreement with this information will be sent to our Italian Head
Office for final approval upon your acceptation. Once it is received, we will provide you
with a formal presentation of the employment agreement for signatures and execution
in accordance with the Brazilian Law. This proposal does not represent an employment
relationship.
