Software Engineer, iOS

Dear Eva,

We are very pleased with your qualifications and, contingent upon a satisfactory background
check and references, would like to offer you a full time permanent position (40 h/week) as
Software Engineer iOS, currently reporting to Max MacLeod. The start date is to be agreed on
but should be no later than 12th November.

Your main responsibility will be to work in the Native team, developing and evolving the mobile
applications for Kindred. The job may include standby duty and international travel.

Your employment will start with a six month trial period with a mutual notice period of two
weeks. After six months of satisfactory performance, your employment will be permanent and
the mutual required notice of termination will be 3 months.

Your compensation & benefit package will be comprised of:

 Salary EUR 44,000 per annum.

o First salary review for joiners starting before 1st July 2018 will be in 2019. First
salary review for joiners starting 1st July 2018 or later will be 2020. Kindred
Spain Tech, S.L., part of Kindred Group Plc, reserves the right to change the
effective date of future salary reviews.
 You will receive a share award as part of the Kindred All Employee Share Plan. This
plan vests in Q1 2021 and you will be awarded an amount of shares based on your start
 date. Q3 2018 starters will receive 570 shares, Q4 2018, 507 and Q1 2019, 444. These
awards are subject to company targets being reached and you remaining an employee of
the Kindred Group until the end of Q1 2021. The award, along with full terms and
conditions, will be sent to you within 3 months of your start date.
 Eligibility to participate in the following company benefit plans (contingent upon you
being fully capable to work):

o Health club subvention of EUR 500/year

o 25 annual vacation days
