APPOINTMENT LETTER

To confirm the recent screening process which was conducted by the head human
resources department of Brazil ExxonMobil Corporation, we are pleased to
offer you an initial position as the: Project Control Manager

Job Location: Campos Basin, Brazil

Starting Date: 13th April 2020


on this date, you are to report at 8:00 a.m. to the
human resources department, where you will be provided with package containing
information on Brazil ExxonMobil Corporation benefits, facilities and services as
well to attend employee training program before job commencement. You will be
eligible to receive the following beginning on your start date.

Salary: Monthly Net starting salary of 16,000 USD tax free. All payment of
salary after assumption of duty in Brazil shall be 100% paid into a foreign
account to be provided by employee. This is in line with the Brazil expatriate
financial statutory laws.

Job Description: Will be given on your arrival after employee training program.

Performance Bonuses: Up to Eleven percent of your annual net salary, paid by


your choice of cheque or direct deposit.

Rotational: 28 Days on / 28 Days off
Contract Duration: 2 Years (Renewable)
Benefits:

1. Visa and Work Permit: Employee should note that Brazil ExxonMobil Corporation
shall duly obtain your visa/work permit from the Brazilian ministry of
foreign affairs and Brazilian ministry of labour and employment here in Sao
Paulo which will enable you to live and work legally here in Brazil.

2. Flight Ticket: Your business class flight ticket on airline of your choice
shall also be send to you, a week before your departure. You are to provide a
working and valid postal address where your ticket shall be delivered. Brazil
ExxonMobil Corporation shall supply a round trip business class tickets at
the end of each rotation.

3. Accommodation: Brazil ExxonMobil Corporation shall provide you a 4-star


hotel standard accommodation in Campos Basin accommodation platform.
Employees are entitled to take meals free of charge at the General Staff
canteens. Dietary options, Customized cooks and Dieticians are available
options.

4. Hours of Work: Your normal hours of work per week will be as follows: 10 hours
Monday - Sunday inclusive of public holidays. You maybe require working for
additional hours at such times as reasonably necessary for the performance of
your duties and will be entitled to receive an additional remuneration for work
performed outside your normal hours.

5. Safety and Security: Safety and Security of personnel (Local/Foreign) and


facilities on job locations and communities are no small issues and have
been seriously considered to ensure and assure hitch free operations. All
operations on job location are designed to adhere strictly to the Health
Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy as applicable in the Company Sector. All
expatriates are entitled to a free and mandatory safety courses on job
locations to be delivered by qualified safety and environment experts.

6. Medical and Life Insurance: Brazil ExxonMobil Corporation will provide you
with comprehensive medical care and Life Insurance for the contract
duration and free medical care for your family.

7. Communication and Internet Facilities: Laptop Computer, telephone and 24 hours


internet access are also available for employees.

8. Allowance/Entitlements: Hazard/inconveniences $650 (Monthly) and Travel &


Events: $1,000(Monthly).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Visa Information
Due to the high level of expatriates involve in drug trafficking in
Brazil. The Brazilian ministry of foreign affairs and Brazilian ministry
of labour and employment have made it mandatory for expatriates employed
in Brazil to obtain Brazil anti-drug trafficking certificate from the
Brazil narcotics law enforcement agency which permit your visa and work
permit processing. This official document is your guarantee to the Brazil
Government that permits us Brazil ExxonMobil Corporation to go ahead and
obtain your visa and work permit. The Brazil anti-drug trafficking
certificate is obtainable only at the Brazil narcotics law enforcement
agency through our legal advisor representing you (Employee). Below are

You are required to send the legal advisor via e-mail scanned copies of the
following documents to obtain your visa and work permit:

1. Scan copy of your duly Signed Letter


2. Scanned Copy of International Passport (Data Page)
3. Scanned Copy of Passport Photograph (Colored)

Upon receipt of the above mentioned documents the legal advisor will obtain
your visa and work permit here in Brazil and send them to you.

NOTE: Brazil ExxonMobil Corporation will duly reimburse you for the cost of
your Brazil anti-drug trafficking certificate on your arrival.
