There are a few pragmatic differences between primary diversity and secondary diversity, What is
primary diversity? For instance, Primary aspects of variety, such as gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation,
and age, are typically the most obvious, though frequently they may not be. The assumptions made by
the majority society about the perceived value of individuals of minority groups depend on the visibility
of primary traits. Whether minority group members are recognized as full participants may depend on
the values and judgments that the dominant group assigns to these characteristics. In addition,
secondary diversity is defined by the person that has to change their experiences in their life such as
family status, education, income, and communication style. This is due to the reason that, A poor family
status will influence a person that causes him or her to suffer depression or worsen the situation will
happen on their own way. Education is an important point that will affect a person in the future such as
a person who did not have any education compared to a person who has an education we will totally
clearly know-how is the difference between both of them. Without having any education people they
will not know about the proper manners and virtue towards other people but the other side who has
their education people will feel they have a polite upbringing.

Briefly define team competency and the use of teams in individualistic and collective cultures

In an organization, team competency is important for all employees it refers to the collective set of skill,
knowledge, and behavior that enable a group of individuals to work together more efficiently to achieve
the goal that had been set. This includes factors such as communication, collaboration, conflict
resolution, decision making and leadership, on the other hand, individualistic culture is referred to a
person who always be alone to achieve and accomplish what had been set by themselves. Most of them
just focus on themselves it may be said without fear of contradiction to say that, They will be more
highlighted on personal achievements and autonomy. Last but not least , is collective cultures, The
emphasis is on interdependence and group harmony; teams may be used as a way to deepen
relationships and accomplish common objectives. Individuals may put the group's welfare over their
own personal interests in these cultures, and they may be more likely to work together with their
teammates to accomplish a shared objective. Team dynamics may therefore be more in tune with and
cooperative in collective cultures.
