As a precaution for COVID-19

1. Candidates should maintain social distancing from the entry till the exit from the examination centre.
2. Candidates should carry soap / hand-sanitizer of up to 50 ml in transparent bottle, face mask, gloves
and water in transparent bottle for personal use. Candidate should wash hands/ use hand sanitizer
before entering examination hall.
3. Candidate should not share personal items like mask, gloves, water bottle etc.
4. It is mandatory to wear a face mask and gloves properly at all times.
5. Spitting is strictly prohibited.
6. Candidates with COVID-19 Positive / symptoms of COVID-19 will not be permitted to enter
the examination centre and take examination.
7. Candidate should mandatorily submit / carry vaccination certificate of second dose.
8. Candidate should avoid using lifts and avoid touching or leaning to handrails, walls etc.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES

1. Check the examination date carefully from the Schedule as notified by the University. Make sure you
know the correct date, time and locations of your exams.
2. Bring your Admit Card, Valid ID Card and Student ID Card during the examination. You will
not be allowed to enter the examination hall without these.
3. Do not bring any unauthorized material (e.g. written notes, notes in dictionaries, paper, and sticky
tape eraser etc.). Mobile or Any other electronic gadgets in the Examination Hall is
strictly prohibited.
4. Avoid taking Pencil cases and glasses cases to your desks. These will be checked and confiscated.
5. Entrance in examination hall shall be given with admit card having sign and seal of Dean/HOS.
6. Place your Student ID card on your desk next to your admit card.
7. Ensure that you use the washroom before arriving for your exam as you will not be permitted
to leave during the first half time.
8. NO SUPPLEMENTRY ANSWER BOOK / CONTINUATION SHEET WILL BE PROVIDED.
