ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF MONETARY LIABILITY

I, NATHANIEL IAN C. SANTILLAN, Filipino, of legal age, single, and a resident of

Poblacion, Tupi, South Cotabato, do hereby acknowledge and affirm that:

a. Sometime last May 2013, I borrowed the amount of Seventeen Thousand Pesos
(₱17,000.00) from Richel C. Soguilon.

b. I promise to fully pay the same plus legal fees on or before December 31, 2013.

c. Thus, I undertake and oblige myself to pay to Richel C. Soguilon the total amount of
Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (₱17,500.00) on or before December 31, 2013.

d. In case I cannot fully settle my obligation as acknowledged above, I shall be liable for an
additional penalty of twenty five (25%) per annum on the balance until fully paid.

DONE AND EXECUTED this 27th day of September 2013 at Tupi, South Cotabato,
Philippines.
