Dear Sir,
Please find the site issues and observations as stated below:

1. 220kV Grid Station Bund Road (SR-027):

We have noticed that despite our repeated notifications, CMEC has yet to install the function
module (diode) and holder for ABB interface relays. There is concern that the absence of a diode
may lead to the occurrence of reverse polarity in the power supply.

Below mentioned is a summary of RTU site activities from Dec 25 – Dec 31, 2023:

- Due to fog outdoor activities could not be carried out on Dec 26 th & 27th, whereas interface
relay installation and termination has been carried out in SIC panel. One interface relay has
been successfully tested by operating a field device i.e. E14Q12 (Isolator)

- Cable termination is also started in SIC panel. Only indication (status) signals termination in
SIC panel had been completed, whereas the terminations for alarm, control and
measurement signals is remaining.
- Cable termination and tagging for 220kV marshalling box had been completed.
