Please find the site issues and observations as stated below.

1. 220kV Grid Station Bund Road (SR-027):

It has come to our attention that CMEC has not delivered the complete versions of CR-P product
i.e., ABB interface relay, as per approved product order code. The relay and socket are only
provided, whereas function module and holder are missing from the packing. CMEC has been
advised to rectify the issue as function module is necessary to avoid reverse polarity of power
supply to the relay.

Dec 21, 2023. CMEC’s inadequate manpower was observed resulting in slower progress. Below is a
summary of RTU site activities from Dec 18 - 25, 2023:

- Cable laying at 220kV side has been completed i.e. from marshalling kiosk to marshalling box
and from marshalling box to RTU panel.
 The cables laying for D03Q1, D03Q2, D03Q3, D03Q10, and D03E10 was completed.
 The cables laying for D04Q1, D04Q2, D04Q3, D04Q10, D04E10 and D04Q20 was
completed.
 The cables laying for D05Q1, D05Q2, D05Q3, D05Q10, D05E10 and D05Q20 was
completed.
- Cable termination in 220kV marshalling box is in progress whereas, for 132kV cable
termination has been completed.
- Cable termination is also started in RTU panel.
