    FC Delay: 15 Units / 10 Shipments
    RC : Pack Overflow management; some units was mixed on cages by buffers
    operators.Overflow team not deployed on SOS generate delay to organize sort of
    cages
    CA: PG overflow will be deployed every late shift to ensure C7 units on SOS
    CA2 : Feedback done to overflow team to use correctly ID Premium & to ensure better
    identification of cages.

    FC Delay: 14 Units / 9 Shipments

    RC : Pack Overflow management; some units was mixed on cages by buffers operators &
    cages not reinjected on time.
    CA : Feedback done to overflow team to use correctly ID Premium & to open scanpack
    when all line are full for reinjection.

    RC : The unit was packed at 19:37:36 and was kickedout due to Weight out of
    tolerance at slam station at 19:39:46 then it was reprocessed and scanpacked at
    solving station at 20:23:17.
    CA: Review Pack and Solving lead routine and make sure dwells are taken into
    account properly to avoid late processing in solving.
