I am standing here to deliver my speech entitled ‘LET US SAVE THE EARTH”.

To Pak Ahmad and Pa Asep , thank you so much for giving me the chance to speak in this
valuable moment

Respected brothers and sisters,

Earth Day is mostly known and commemorated by environmental activists all over the
world. On the other hand, world earth commemoration is often regarded as a gathering place
for activists, like us.

Brothers and sisters,

These environmental degradation has caused a decline in the quality of the

environment and has resulted in various natural disasters such as landslide, floods, drought,
water crisis, and forest fires.

How do we save the earth? First, put the rubbish in the right place, let’s get rid the bad
habit of littering. Alhamdulillah, our school has provided enough garbage cans for us and we
are agree to separate the organic and non organic wastes. We have also been implementing a
very good program, namely Bank Sampah Bageur Program, the impact of which in addition
to our clean school environment, we also get financial benefits. let’s shout the slogans “ ban
the burning of garbage and recycle instead! and of course in this case I would like to express
my special gratitude to Pak Asep Permana, thank you Pak Asep for such worth program.

Dear brother and sister,

Second, plant more trees. Third, don’t use chemical excessive and don’t build glass houses.

Environmental damage caused by human actions themselves and the negative impact
will be felt by humans as well. Public awareness of environment are declining. Because of the
declining in awareness, people and animals are experiencing change all over the world.
Maintenance and preservation are not just individual responsibilities but the responsibilities of
all us.

Dear brother and sister,

Awareness to preserve the environment should be introduced as early as possible and

must be enforced. It forces people to change behaviors that destroy nature into behaviors that
love and care with our environment.
