flame, smoking, or any flammable situations when handling batteries!

BEFORE OPERATION – BATTERY INFORMATION

Battery initial charge:

Charge batteries minimum of 12 hours or until the LED indicator light on panel shows 100%. When
charging batteries, the stacker must be parked in a secure area with good ventilation. Check that all
cables are connected tightly and no signs of damage appear.
Follow any safety regulations of battery manufacturer and any specific instructions according to battery
manufacturer if replacement battery is used.

The battery panel must never be removed before or during charging. An open panel can cause injury
or death from electric shock.
It is recommended to charge the batteries whenever the stacker is not in use. This helps maintain the
life of the batteries.
The ON-Board Charger should always be used for charging batteries with this stacker.
The avg. charge time is 9 to 12 hours for a fully discharged battery.
When the battery is fully charged the charger will automatically transfer to non-charging status to not
damage the batteries.
It is recommended to check water level of batteries every 3 to 6 months (see maintenance section)

Operating instructions
