cThe Hollow

In the vast and treacherous waters, many things are to be found. From
fierce sea monsters to deadly curses, from forgotten treasures to lost cities
many roam the sea looking to raid, pillage, and plunder to have a taste of
the sweet riches. These daring individuals range between noblemen, Royal
officers, bandits, brigands and of course, pirates! These outlaws run from
the three lords of the land nations and serve the pirate lords of the sea,
operating behind the back of His Majesty, the King. Be ye willing to tread
dangerous waters and acclaim glittering bounties? Welcome to The
Hollow!

The Hollow lies lost in an unmarked patch of sea, West of the mainland of
Stormhaven.

The Nations:
King’s Port, The Royal City
King’s Port is the city where his Majesty resides. With its glistening
lanterns at night, and its religious citizens, King’s Port is a nation of
intelligent scholars and powerful fighters. Many skilled wizards and
fighters defend the city. Their navy is the most powerful among the
nations. The Royal Family of King’s Port owns numerous of many classes
of ships, however they are notorious for their galleons manned by one out
of the five of the king's elite privateers.

Deadrock, The Pirate Cove

Deadrock, the city of crime. In this city, ye can expect to find many
rogues, thieves, and of course, pirates. Being more of a safe haven for
pirates rather than a complete nation, Deadrock lacks any form of military.
In Deadrock resides the pirate lord, and a rogue court separate from the
Royal Law tasked with punishing those who betray the Code. If any sailor
wishes to assemble a crew, repair his ship or even purchase a new one that
does not sail under Royal Law, this is where he comes.

Siren’s Keep, Tribe of the Wild

Filled with barbaric warriors and ruled by a ruthless chieftain, Siren's Keep
is no place for the weak. With a particularly small navy, this nation tries to
live as independently from the Royal Law as possible, and does not care
for pirates or outlaws. Anything that can cause the destruction of their
beloved tribe is a threat and must be removed from the mortal plane for
good.

Maiden’s Ridge, The Factory

Maiden’s Ridge is the city of the poor and desperate. As for fishermen,
miners and oilriggers, Maiden’s Ridge is a small and depressing city, but
hey, its home. The only individual of power is a merciless general. They
have minimal combat ability and capability, as most of their boats are built
for fishing or transport. They own numerous oil rigs in the ocean, under
the hand of the Trove (Trove of the Tides), and are its main source of
money.

The Trove of the Tides, The City of Gold

The merchants of the Hollow. The Trove is by far the most wealthy nation
in the Hollow. They have a small navy, but an abundance of merchant
ships, which sail the seas trading oil, fish, spices and jewels from acquired
Maiden’s Ridge. However, such cargo can have perilous setbacks. Not
many merchant ships make it past the Sterile Tide as they are quickly
caught up to by pirates for a taste of the precious treasures the merchants
bear.
