Dear Officer in Charge,

As a permanent resident, I was granted a permanent resident visa in November 2007 and have been living in
Australia most of the time in the past 16 years. My 2nd elder brother was in a critical condition in China. I did not have
time to reapply for a resident return visa but departed in a hurry on 02 June 2023. My brother passed away on 07
June 2023 after my arrival. I now urgently need to return to Australia because my son Dongming Dong and daughter
in law Meiyi Zheng's first child will be induced on 1st of July 2023, in 5 days, due to my daughter in law's pregnancy
diabetes.

I urgently seek your assistance in granting me the Resident Return visa to allow me to return home as soon as
possible.
