Dear Atty. Gotico,

Greetings!

This letter is to introduce theI, the undersigned, am John Daryl C. Rosario, a 1st year
law student atof the University of Caloocan City – College Law, currently taking up Basic
Legal English II. As part of our course This class/course requires us to requirements, we are
required to attend and observe court hearings currently tried in your good office.

This request will allow the undersigned not only for us to become to familiarizefamiliar with
the court proceedings but also toas well as to have a glimpse of how this Honorable Court
work on a daily basis.

This knowledge will be of great help on my journey as a law student and eventually, as a
member of the legal profession.

In relation to this request, may I ask if I can attend any of your scheduled hearings on
January 24, 2024 (Wednesday). Should thise request be granted, this Honorable Court will
expect that the undersigned will observed proper court etiquette and to maintain the
confidentiality of information that will be gathered during the observation. Theis knowledge
and insights I will gain through this experience will be of great help on my journey as a law
student and eventually, as a member of the legal profession.

May I also request if this Honorable Court could issue a Certificate of Attendance in the
name of the undersigned after the observation proper as proof of compliance.
