 The school has a Management and Governance Policy

 The institution analyses the impact of the coordination system and takes suitable remedial
measures to strengthen the system.
 The School Relationship Management System is well in place.

 SOPs should be prepared in collaboration with the stakeholders (teachers, parents and
students, alumni, community).
 The monitoring practices for ensuring effective internal, external, vertical and horizontal
coordination systems to accomplish all plans.
 Gaps must be identified and improvement plans to be made accordingly to ensure efficiency.
 School must have a mechanism for monitoring for all management and governance systems.
 Communication System must build on Feedback and Feed forward Mechanism and Open
Door Policy.
 All policies on safety and security during the conduct of the activities must be documented.
 Work flows for the conduct of different activities must be created.
 The school data and record management system needs to be enhanced.
 Regular consultation and counseling sessions must be organized with the community and
parents of OoSC and Deprived Communities.

Systems have been designed based on the values of inclusivity and equity and compassion and
care.

Feed forward

 The school must enhance family engagement, uses data to evaluate the effectiveness of the
school learning programs to meet the defined standards to optimize learning environments
for achieving students learning outcomes.
 School Leader needs to document feedback and feed forward to gain insights into the
strengths, areas of improvement and uniqueness to bring about better learning
engagements.
 School leader needs to enhance his engagements and documentations with different line
managers or leaders at different levels to collaboratively problem-solve and take appropriate
decisions to develop strategies for addressing the shared concerns of the institution.
 The school leader must engage as a collaborative leader.
 Students should be provided with opportunities to plan and design programmes for
themselves; set goals; participate in broad range of activities within and outside school.
 The School Leader must monitor and review the achievement of the intended learning
outcomes on a regular basis through data collection and analysis, using multiple tools and
techniques.
 Appropriate intervention and improvement plans must be prepared and implemented.
 The school must engage in improving systems as and when required.
 Evaluation systems to monitor teacher efficacy, staff motivation practices must be
formulated.
 School Leader must establish a systems approach to all school practices.
 SMART goals must be set to achieve the objectives
 Leaders at all levels must design action plans to improve, sustain and innovate.
