Nature of the Incident: 2018 shattered window glass panel

Describe to your best knowledge the details of this incident, people involved, and action
taken:

Around 0942H when I receive a concern regarding “ac not cooling” at my knowcross mobile
application (guest in) and proceed to room 1909 (0958H) to check the status of their aircon
and upon checking the error code it was “F3” afterwards I go to 20 th F ledge (1015H) where
the ACCU of the 1909 located upon resetting the breaker while waiting for the compressor
to kick in I noticed that the room 2018 has a shattered window glass panel (1017H) and
immediately reported to engineering viber group , cmgi, gpi & housekeeping (1018H) for the
information regarding the shattered glass.
1352H in the afternoon I request an invitation to Sir Mario Abrenzosa (GPI) together with
Ms. Eloisa(CMGI) for the walkthrough of the said concern , and upon checking the shattered
glass was from the outside .

Findings:

Possibly hit by the contractor while conducting their rectification of their punchlist at ledge
area since the damage source was from the outside.

Recommendations:

For immediate replacement.
