ANALYST, CMMS (DATA COORDINATOR)

Position Summary

The primary purpose of the role is to coordinate, manage and control all master data entry into the SAP
Plant Maintenance module in support of Work Management Process. The role-holder is responsible for
ensuring good quality data is entered into the system accordance to company procedures:

• Asset Structure (Functional Location, Equipment Data records)

• Equipment Bill of Materials
• Maintenance Tasks List
• Maintenance Items and Maintenance Plans
• QM Master Inspection Characteristics
• Notifications and Work Orders
• SAP document records

The role also includes the extraction of data, managing the CMMS Master Data Change Request and
production of reports from the CMMS to help manage maintenance execution and performance analysis.

An additional responsibility of this role is to act as the first line technical support for queries relating to
SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and SAP Quality Management (QM).

Principle Accountabilities

1. Maintain the quality master data in the CMMS SAP PM and SAP QM Master Data collection and using
templates to manipulate data for bulk upload into SAP.

2. Communicate and coordinate with offshore team, engineers and document control center for the
data gathering or data changes.

3. Provide support to Operations users in resolving day to day issues concerning materials and
functional location BOM (Bill Of Materials) in SAP.

4. Manage data transformation and validation of all asset data, managing parent and child
relationship, Functional Location Assembly and BOM, Technical Object Type, Catalog Profiles, Asset
Class, Maintenance Tasks List, Maintenance Items, Maintenance Plan and Master Inspection
Characteristics Owner of the development, maintenance and update of FAQ database.

5. Provide support to maintenance and operation user in resolving day to day issues concerning PM
(Plant Maintenance) and QM (Quality Management) and assessing practical solutions with
Maintenance Support Engineers, Technical Authorities and Offshore personnel to meet business
requirements.

6. Support Lead CMMS in the preparation of Training Manuals & Hand-outs, Coordinate with Lead
CMMS to conduct training sessions and competency assessment programs.

7. Execute all data extraction and reporting requests from CMMS in aid of maintenance performance
analysis.

8. Design and create reports variants and other basic reporting tool used in Functional location,
notification, work order and maintenance plan.
9. Conduct regular SAP PM system data quality checks and responsible for cleansing / correcting data
in the system.

10. Support policies, goals, efforts and programs of the KPOC’s Health, Safety and Environmental
Management System. Ensure HSE issues are given primary consideration in all activities
undertaken within area of responsibility.

11. Support and assist Lead CMMS with standardizing Asset Management and Work Management
Process.

12. Support CMMS Analyst (Master Data) to provide data related to CMMS including analysis in Excel
and running basic SAP queries and reports.

Requirements

1. Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

2. Proficient in SAP PM, QM, MM modules.
3. Minimum 5 years of working experience in Plant Maintenance within Oil & Gas Industry including
4 years of experience in SAP PM and QM module.
4. SAP Super User for Plant Maintenance Module.
5. Proficiency in database systems and general computer applications is required.
6. Priority to Sabahan applicants.
7. Malaysian applicants only.
