manufacturer of premium-quality yarn in both the domestic as well as

ABOUT INTERVIEW:
I conducted an interview of mill owner “Muhammad Anwar”. I did job analysis of
his work. He told me about the whole process of his job and what role he
performs in the organization. We also discuss some points like

TITLE: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Rafiq Spinning Mills
QUALIFICATIONS:
 Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, management, or
a related field.
 10+ years of experience in a senior management position.
 Strong leadership and communication skills.
 Experience in the spinning mill industry is preferred but not required.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
The CEO of a spinning mill typically works in an office environment. However, they
may be required to travel to attend industry events, meet with stakeholders, or
visit other spinning mills.

JOB DESIGN :
The work of making thread is given by owner to GM of the Milland there is certain
deadline given.
The work is divided between different departments according to the work
schedule of different departments.
1. Client order: firstly, the client gave some instruction and tell what type of
of thread he wanted from you.
2. Analyzing: they analyze the project, what type of complexities could occur
during the project and how much time the project will consume.
3. Developing: now the employees start working on the actual project.
4. Testing: in the testing phase the mill team test the whole thread bag
weather it has any issues or not. After all the assurance is done the
container is handed over to the client.

JOB ENRICHMENT:
1. Skill variety: skill variety depends on the project, sometimes the employees
perform number of activities given by the owner.
2. Task identity: Owner have to identify that whether the plan they made is
good for the organization progress or not.
3. Task significance: the task performed by the individual has some
significance to the organization as well as the clients because it’s a way of
generating income for them.
4. Autonomy: Owner have to freedom to work according to their own mind
but they have to keep an eye on the customer demand
