a After application epoxi in all eight cracks it was noted that no more water inside the vessel
b OCEANTEC organized all necesserary items to start underwater welding of repairs pieces on the cracks
c It was discussed about right steel plate to be welded, approval from Owners and from BV Inspector prior start underwater welding
d Safe measure adopted from OCEANTEC to assure the conditions of bottom and stability of epoxi applicated on all eight cracks
e Superintendent asked OCEANTEC to provide a new underwater inspection with CCTV record accompanied from BV Inspector
f This inspection was accompanied by BV Inspector, Owner's Superintendent and Master of vessel
