Pension
We offer a generous pension scheme where we double
match up to a maximum of 12% into your pension when
you pay 6%. Your pension also includes:
• Death in Service cover of 10 times your salary
• Incapacity benefit of a lump sum if you are
permanently unable to work
• Income protection when you are unable to work due
to long-term illness of injury
Annual leave
All new starters get 25 days paid annual leave during a
year, plus eight bank holidays. This rises to 26 days
after two years’ of service. New starters on managerial
terms and conditions are entitled to 28 days. You can also
buy up to five extra days.
Family care
Eligible employees are entitled to full pay for the first
26 weeks of maternity, adoption, surrogacy or shared
parental leave, or two weeks full pay for paternity leave.
Employee Assistance Programme
We provide a free, confidential professional service that
offers counselling, information, and support for all types
of work and personal-related issues and problems. It’s
available 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling
a freephone number set up just for you.
Health and wellbeing
We’ve partnered with Aviva to bring you a free digital
GP service and a free wellbeing app. We provide a
confidential therapy service though our Thrive: Mental
Wellbeing app and access to a free physiotherapy
helpline and triage service.
Financial wellbeing
You can access our free financial wellbeing service
for help with general budgeting, family matters, debt and
borrowing, savings, investments, and tax.
