- Erika- automated email goes to expired members.
Does this pull a spreadsheet that could be viewed
for outreach? (yes).
- Katie- 3 emails go out for reminders of expiration.
Lots of turnover at organizations so it doesn’t go
to folks emails that have left.
- Katie and Brianna do some calling but could use
support.
- Maya- AI companion in Zoom for calls. Does CAEE
use? No.
- Kathryn-helping to clean up lists would also be
useful (contact info etc.) Non-voting member of
CAST- MOU/survey concerning what folks get as a
member. Could be useful for CAEE?
- Katie notes most folks join CAEE for networking
connections but not tangible items.
- Katie- Catch A Fire subscription through May. Will
reach out to skilled volunteers for projects which
will be a membership strategy. (membership
onboarding, strategy around new members)
- Katie-subcommittee for membership sounds like a
good idea. Any concerns to increased goal? No.

 Board Evaluation Katie Discuss 10

-Work on diversity and skill set, attendance needs worked on.
How do we increase responsibility for board? Strategic plan
goals to look at: advocation for EE, moving plan forward,
celebrating the impact. Ways of being: we are living them!
Being present and transparent/empathetic (do better job for
everyone to be heard).
-Goals: diversification, growing members, training for DEI. Board
member recruitment, DEI certification, Indigenous knowledge
(trainings)
-Erika suggests talking about prioritization in Jan.
-Kathryn likes idea of having more time together.
-Chris A.- recruitment pipeline committee? Look across state.
-Erika- create succession planning.
-Kathryn- space for board members to have a voice.
-Rachel- difficult to speak when typing for secretary role.
-Erika- space for more comments or thoughts.
-Kathryn- Living doc for note taking?
-Maya- AI doc (would generate all kinds of things!)
-Katie- space in Jan to keep discussing.
