REGARDING OF MANILA CITY JAIL: NEW BILIBID PRISON

The new bilibid prison is one of the largest prisons in metro manila and the many inmates and
the big cases and what I noticed in the video and they are very strict in the exploration of each
cell like the personnel of BUCOR, before entering the new bilibid prison they did all body checks
because of how they treated the visitors and checked them. It is possible that some people are
entering the cell. And when they check the cell before they leave the prison in their cell they
are here before they are released and seated outside the cell and before they are put back in.
And there is a guard at the tower of the new bilibid and guarded by the BUCOR personnel, and
in case someone tries to flee and does not follow the stop, the BUCOR personnel can be shot.
Heavily armed security guards at the entrance ensure that nothing can be smuggled into the
prison at the begging of a shift, the guards search each other. Everyone is banned from carrying
cell phones, cash, or cigarettes. The ICO's are also in the process of clearing the ICA personnel
and they are the ones who are crawling inside the cell.
