1.- Who is the company represented in the ad? What do they sell?
The company represented in the ad is Hasbro. It sells toys from the Transformers movie which
are the Autobots and Decepticons.

2.- Who is the target audience? Be specific and describe the ideal
person who may want to buy this product.
It is intended for all ages, to be more specific for children, teenagers, etc. The person who
would want to buy this product should be a Transformers fan, have seen the Transformers
series and movies, etc.

3.- How does the company use the following in order to create a
positive response in the target audience?
Images: It uses fragments of the movie and at the time the transformation of the toys of these
robots with several epic shots.
Music: Use a melody that gets the viewer hooked on the video.
Text: Use special effects to make the text look more eye-catching and entertaining.

4.- What feelings does the ad hope to create in the consumer?


What's the implied result of using this product?
That the consumer will be eager, impatient and more of these feelings for the product because
they want to buy it any way they can. That people spend their money on these products and
then play with them.

5.- In your opinion, is the use of psychology in advertising ethical?


Should companies use what we know about consumer behavior to
sell products?
No because the company is the only one who benefits and buyers are harmed some because
they may spend money in vain. It depends since companies live on what they sell (ads) and if
they didn't do that they would possibly go bankrupt. So yes because without that the
companies would not have a good destiny and no because the buyers can run out of money.
