How was your ambition for the past couple of months? Not great. Some days great, some days bad
some days just normal.
Present circumstances
My ambition is to be a rockstar, lean physique. Few millions mknthly listeners.
I was doing everything but making and releasing music.
Dont fake it till you make. Not making music, not making content and releasing it.
Ambition ti serve others.
I imagine me having a kwasaki kx 125 beautiful in my garage next to ny brothers 125 suzuki. I
imagine myself being shredded. I imagine myself spending quality time with my brother, family and
friends. I imagine myself being a rockstar. Having a beautiful girlfriend and a golden retriever.
It is my job to manifest the chapters in my life.
Morning routine
– reading positive stuff
– Write out goals (1 year put or smth) why I can achieve it and ehat can I do to achieve it
(visualize finishing it)
– Movement - yoga, stretching, workout, walk

Self doubt can stop us. But we should hear it out and say, we are not great yet.

When the voice is yours, take the voice and ask touyourself what do I need to learn? What do I need
to learn frim those faklures? What area of life do I jeed to skill scale up and train?
I think I can be a really great perfomance musician. I thi k I would love it when I become more
familiar

Diet - see a nutritionist for allergies and stuff, get bloodwork done too
Sleep - 3 hours before bed no food, 2 hours before sleep no work, 1 hour before sleep no screens
Relationships - fatigue might be connected to social influences. I should connect with more people.
Building network.
Take a break every 50 minutes cca. It is eecharging. Talk to somebody, walk around, meditate
When feel stressed or other emotion. Ask yourself. Am I the ine making this emotion?
For example sadness in 2020. I was generating a lot of sadness frim listening to sad songs, not
going out with friends and smoking weed because of I was in love with Simona and that was the
only thing I had going for myself. Emotion only is like 60 seconds and stuff.
When you feel stressed. Do something physicial - walk with the jmportance of every step. Breathe.
When you come back to work. Ask yourself on a piece of papaer. What are the 3 things I need to
finish before the day ends?
Mental and physical energy is often recharged socialy - reach out to your friends. No business talk.
Pure fun.
Gotta be socialy connected.
Purpose
Adjusting purpose by journaling. Did I feel a sense of purpose today by working? By making that
sing? By reelaisng that content
