_________1. Toss the ball an arm’s length to make a contact. Rotate your trunk and shoulder with a
flexed high elbow, and extend to hit the ball. Hit the back of the ball toward the opposite court.
__________2. Position your feet in an up-and-back stride position with the weight on the back right
foot. Hold the ball with one hand in front of your body just below your waist. Shoulders and upper body
should be slightly leaning forward. Swing your arm backward. Swing your arm backward then forward in
a pendulum manner. Weight is then transferred to the front foot as the arm swings to hit the ball. Hit
the ball with the flat part of your fist and palm.
___________3. Keep your eyes on the ball, and align yourself with the path of the ball, ready for
contact. Bring forearms together to make a platform for the ball to hit. Bend your knees with one foot in
front of the other. Strike the ball with your forearms just above the wrist.

your knees soft ready to bend, and push up with set. Push the ball straight, and follow through the target.
