1. To consistently provide learners with basic education services and

relevant experiences and opportunities, to gain teachers’ mastery in
teaching strategies and relevant skills through professional development
activities, address learning gaps and relevant issues through various
interventions in order to sustain learner development; the In-Service
Training 2024 with the theme “Revolutionizing Education: Empowering
Teachers and Transforming Schools through Innovative Strategies” is
scheduled on January 24-26, 29-30, 2024 in the Audio-Visual Room.

2. Attached in this memorandum are the following:

3. Expenses in the conduct of the INSET shall be charged to School MOOE

and local school fund subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules
